The villa offers a fully fitted kitchen, complete with washing machine, dishwasher, fridgefreezer and an open plan dining area. A well furnished lounge area offers Satellite TV, comfortable seating and a traditional fire place. 

 

To the upstairs of the property is the bedroom, offering a king size bed and en-suite bathroom. 

 

The bedroom has patio doors that lead to a large balcony, complete with sun loungers and a shaded area.

 

The outside of the property boasts a stunning infinity pool with views out over the bay of Katelios and the Ionian Sea. You will also find a large, well equipped outdoor living area with a brick built barbecue, ideal for alfresco dining. The property has it's own private off street parking and private gardens.
