Cypress Garden Villas is a complex of 5 self catering holiday homes with private pools in the small, unspoilt, traditional village of Svoronata. The complex is set amongst lush green scenery surrounded by old Cypress trees and olive groves.

Each villa is set in beautiful private gardens with a terrace, private pool and veranda with a wooden shaded pergola. Each villa has a BBQ and patio area for you to enjoy alfresco dining. The patio area has sofa beds and is designed for spending those blissful summer evenings relaxing by the poolside.
Each private pool has the added benefit of an automatic system of salt electrolysis which provides clear water without the sense of chlorine to the swimmers.
Internally, the accommodation provides an open plan lounge/dining area with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and spacious double bedroom. In the living room the sofa turns easily into a bed for 2 people (ideally for small children). A/C units are installed in all rooms.
Avithos beach is only 800 m from the villa and within walking distance you will find lots of amenities such as restaurants and a mini market. Villa Mariza
Villa Mariza is a brand new detached holiday home in the village of Minies only 3 km from the international airport of Kefalonia. The Villa is set in a natural scenery surrounded by olive groves with sea view.
The tastefully decorated holiday letting is ideally suited for couples or families with children. The Villa has a wonderful outdoor terrace with beautiful views of the Ionian Sea. The veranda has a swing and built in sofas which have been added for you to relax and enjoy the lazy Summer days.

The double queen size 160 cm x 200 cm bed area comes with an anatomic mattress and fitted bedsides with hidden lighting. A black double mirror sliding wardrobe gives to the space a modern style. There is also an ensuite bathroom with built in utilities, a luxury and spacious shower and washing machine.
The A/C unit comes with air ionizers and antibacterial filters, while the led 28” TV is connected with satellite channels.
